This website is operated by Chef Morawski (Adrian Morawski), a private chef service based around Warminster and Bath, serving Bath, Wiltshire and Somerset. You can contact Adrian about anything on this page at chefmorawski@gmail.com or on 07961 728079.

What is collected, and why

When you send an enquiry through this website, the details you choose to share are collected so Adrian can reply and prepare a proposal for your evening. This can include:

your name, email address and telephone number;
details of your occasion — date, guest numbers, event postcode and the type of property or venue;
menu preferences, including dietary requirements, allergies, favourite ingredients and an approximate budget;
anything you add in the notes field.

Dietary and allergy information can reveal things about your health or beliefs. It is used only to design and cook a menu that is safe and right for your table, which is why the enquiry form asks for it directly.

The legal basis

Enquiries are handled on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and, for the optional details you volunteer, your consent. The consent box on the enquiry form covers replying to your enquiry — it is not marketing consent, and you will not be added to any mailing list.

Where your details go

Your enquiry is delivered by email to Adrian’s inbox using a transactional email provider (Resend), and is hosted in transit by the provider this website is deployed on. Your details are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for automated decision-making.

How long they are kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an evening goes ahead, to run and account for that booking. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal details held about you, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict their use. To exercise any of these rights, email chefmorawski@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how a request is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
